住处与同住人：
Do you live in a house or a flat? I live in a flat with my parents and my little sister. It’s not big, but it’s warm.
房间数量（there is/are）：
How many bedrooms are there in your house? There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a small kitchen.
最喜欢的房间（延伸题）：
What’s your favourite room? My favourite room is my bedroom because it’s quiet. My desk is next to the window.
难度自检：只用一般现在时 + there is/are + 方位介词，无完成时、无从句套从句，每答 1–3 句、10–40 词——正好踩 A2 评分点，不炫技。
